Hair from within: the growth cycle, the scalp, and what the research shows
Hair is grown, not applied. Everything visible above the scalp was made weeks or months ago, inside a follicle you cannot see. That single fact explains why hair responds slowly to anything you change — and why patience is part of the method.
What actually changes
Each follicle runs its own cycle: a long growth phase, a short transition, then a resting phase before the hair is shed and a new one begins. At any moment most of your follicles are growing and a minority are resting. When more of them shift into resting at the same time — after illness, a period of stress, childbirth, or a change in hormones — you see it in the brush before you see it in the mirror.
The scalp matters too. It is skin, with the same barrier and the same needs, and it is the environment the follicle sits in.
What the research on Keranat® shows
Keranat® has been studied over twelve weeks in a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in sixty women. Over that period hair loss fell by an average of 50 per cent, 91 per cent of the women reported losing less hair, and less scalp dryness was noted.
Two things to be clear about. That is a trial of the ingredient Keranat® at 300 mg a day — the same daily amount that is in Hair Beautification — not a trial of the finished product. And it is one trial, in sixty women. We tell you the size because the size is part of the evidence.

What we may say, and what we may not
European law does not allow a food supplement to claim it treats or prevents hair loss, and we will not imply it. What is authorised, and what we therefore say, is this: zinc and biotin contribute to the maintenance of normal hair, and vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein metabolism and to the regulation of hormonal activity.
If your hair is falling out suddenly or in patches, that is a reason to see a doctor, not to buy a supplement. We would rather tell you that than sell you a jar.
What we made for this
Hair Beautification™ is a twelve-week routine for the hair: Keranat® millet extract 300 mg, zinc 10 mg, vitamin B6 1.4 mg and biotin 50 µg. One capsule a day, ninety capsules to the jar, roughly three months.
It is a routine rather than a course. Hair works on cycles, so twelve weeks is when you have something to judge — not when you stop.
Two minutes with our quiz will tell you whether this is the right one to start with, and our questions and answers covers the rest.
